The information I have came from a set of books published in 2001 about the history and families of London Township, Ontario. The Colbert section is quite long and loaded with pictures--I'll be glad to scan it for you if you'd like--but is mainly about Sarah's brother Thomas' descendants. The info on Sarah: "The six sisters who emigrated in 1830 or shortly afterwards were...Sarah who came to Biddulph with her husband Henry 'Carman' Hodgins..."
I checked the Hodgins section--also quite lengthy and loaded with pictures--but did not find mention of a Henry "Carman." St. John the Divine Anglican Church in Arva, Ontario, might have christening records. You could also look in Biddulph for any other records.
From the information given, it looks like the Hodgins families migrated from County Tipperary in 1819 or shortly thereafter. The Colberts were from Cloughjordan, Tipperary.
The London Township History Book Committee published the books. Their address is 15530 Medway Rd, RR1, Arva, Ontario N0M 1C0. They should be able to tell you the sources for Colbert and Hodgins information. I think I paid about $70 for the two-volume set.
BTW, we're fourth cousins once removed. Sarah Colbert's sister Elizabeth, who married William Rawlins, was my ggg-grandmother. I'd love to trade information. You're my first Colbert contact. There must be more of us out there.

I can confirm the information regarding the marriage of Sarah Colbert to Henry Carman Hodgins. I have been tracing my Hodgins family roots and came accross the same information. Do you have any further information on the children of Sarah and Henry? I do know they had a son John C Hodgins (my gg grandfather) who married Esther Atkinson and moved to Killarney Manitoba and had 9 children.
