Hi, I descend from Andrew and Frances Coil. His second wife was Elizabeth
Foster. This Andrew was responsible for Coil Town.
Andrew and Frances had Andrew Jr. (b.1806) who married Lovina Heath 1825.
They had a son named Andrew of which I have no info.
There is no proof of my Andrew being Irish or German.
I'm not familiar with the name Crieghton, does any of this info fit with
your's?
Any Coils from the Coil Town area were related and descend ultimately from
Valentine Coil.
I can help.
Judy

My father's family originated in Ohio. At one time there was a place called Coil Town. My Great Grandfather was an immigrant from Ireland. My Grandfather's name was Crieghton Coil. Their lives are kind of sketchy. My father's family consisted of four sets of twins and three daughters. My fathers family finally settled in North Dakota.
