Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Imogene Gipe
Imogene Gipe, of Holland, formerly of Colon, died Wednesday, May 10,
2000, at her home.
She attended the Berean Bible Church and was preceded in death by her
husband, Paul in 1990; a sister, May Holbrook; and a brother, Harold
Coil.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Brown of Holland; three
grandchildren, Kimberly Brown Schweibert of Rockford, Dr. Michael D.
Brown of Atlanta, Ga. and Dr. Victoria Brown Kennerly of Atlanta, Ga.;
four great grandchildren; her brother, Don Coil of Decatur Ind. and her
sister, Jo Ann Kidd of Holland.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 13, 2000, at the Berean
Bible Church, 14461 James St., Holland. The Rev. Robert N. Renberg will
be officiating. Burial will be in the Lakeside Cemetery in Colon on
Saturday at 4 p.m.
Visitation will be on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Lakeshore Memorial
Services, 11939 James St., Holland.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland.

PHILLIPS, BETTY COILE - age 64 of Seymour,
passed away Friday, May 26, 2000. She was of the
Pentacostal faith. Graduate UT Law School and
East Tennessee State University. Over the years
she was a school teacher, librarian, attorney for
TVA Engineering Association and a property title
lawyer working with the Sterling Title Company,
Sevierville, Tenn. Betty was an avid animal rescuer
and protector and will be missed by "All the Boys".
Preceded in death by parents, Harry Coile, Sr. and
Reva Coile Dawson; brother, Harry Coile, Jr.; niece,
Judith Mynatt Pickle. Survivors: husband, Harold W.
Phillips; daughter, Adonia Phillips; sisters,
Imogene
Tyree, Nina Mancarella, Evelyn Mynatt; brothers,
Richard & Ronald Coile; numerous nieces &
nephews; special friend, Bill O'Donnell. Funeral
service 4 p.m. Sunday at Berry Chapel with Rev.
Dave Ward officiating. Interment will be private.
