Dear Cindi,
It has been two years since we had contact and I am wondering what I have sent to you? You sent an invite to me to view your site at MyFamily.com and as I did not know how to operate their system, I messed up on trying to get into it and am wondering if you would send another invite to me? I have a site there now and will send an invite to you, if you are interested.
Sincerely,
Sandie Elliott Hirt

Hi There,
I just saw your message in Rootsweb.com and wanted to let you know that there is an organization called Cogswell Family Association, http://www.cogswell.org/ is their URL which will bring you to their web site. They might have all the information you need. I have a ton of information myself, so if you have any names, send them to me and I will help you all I can. Contact me at: sandraelliott(a)comcast.net
Sincerely,
Sandie Hirt

My original interest in the Surname of Cogswell came from a link
between the surnames of Cogswell and Twitchell. Their descendants
ended up around Bethel, Rochester and Randolph, Vermont.
My past research has confirmed that the early settlers (1700 - 1825)
often relocated in as small extended family clans. Additional
surnames the married in the Cogswell's included: Mason, Twicthell,
Martin, Gay, Turner, Stewart, Webster.
I have transcribed the about 120 pages of the 1884 edition of The
Cogswell's in America.
This information has been linked into my database (368,000 K) names
and I'm willing to perform lookup requests on any of these surnames or
extended Cogswell's as time permits.
Regards,
Paul W. Allred
