Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

TOVEY - Lawrence Eugene "Funky Monkie" Coghlan Jr., 52, of Tovey died Thursday, May 12, 2005, at St. Vincent Memorial Hospital in Taylorville.
He was born April 24, 1953, in St. Louis County, the son of Lawrence E. Sr. and Isabelle Dolly Gould Coghlan. He married Debbie Suerig in 1973 in Missouri.
Mr. Coghlan was a truck driver. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the C.B. Club.
Survivors: wife, Debbie; four sons, Lawrence E. III (wife, Holly) Coghlan of Taylorville, John (wife, Cori) Coghlan of Morrisonville, George (wife, Tina) Coghlan of Nokomis and James Coghlan of Tovey; five grandchildren; brother, Clarence (wife, Joyce) Coghlan of Edinburg; two sisters, Mamie (husband, William) Richardson of Dupo and Ethel (husband, Mike) Barron of Troy, Mo.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services: 3 p.m. Monday, Sutton Memorial Home Chapel, Taylorville, the Rev. Rick Rinde officiating. Burial: Anderson Cemetery, Palmer.

Was Fannie's name Francis Viola, born in 1886. If so, then her parents were Eugene Morgan and Mary Evelyn Pope Coghlan. That is all the info. I have at this time.
