Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Roger B. COGGINS, 65, of Sanford, died Saturday, Feb 19, 2000, in Tampa,
Fla. where he was visiting.
He was born Jul 8, 1934, in Midland to the late Louis Melvin Sr. and Elsie
(SIAN) COGGINS.
Roger was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He
was employed by the Dow Chemical Co. as pipefitter. He was an avid fast
pitch softball pitcher who played for McArdle's softball team. He loved
the outdoors and fishing.
He is survived by his children, Raymond L. and Theresa COGGINS of Three
Rivers, Katherine and Donald THOMAS of Tampa, Fla., and Robert and Debra
COGGINS of Sanford; special friend Effie RINGLER; stepchildren Rebecca
BRENZIE of Hope, Sally SCRAMLIN of Bay City, Carlita NEWCOMB of Bay City,
James R. LAMBERT of South Lyons, and Lorie LAMBERT of Midland; 19 grandchildren;
two great grandchildren; brothers Louis of Florida, Clara of Hope, Carl
of Sanford, and Clarence COGGINS of Albright Shores; and sister Phyllis
LORENZ of Hope. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia C. COGGINS;
a brother Francis. His sister, Geraldine DuFORT of Mount Morris died earlier
this week.
A Memoria service will be held at 2p.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000, at the Smith-Miner
Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert O. YOUMANS officiating.
Mr. COGGINS' family will recieve friends at the funerl home Sunday from
1 p.m. until the time of service.
