My Coggins settled in that area and I still have relatives living in Chickasha that may be able to help if you need a local lookup done.
I can't find any connections in your names in my relatives, I would assume yours and mine are cousins.

My family line comes through Marion Coggin (later referred to as J.M. or John Marion)b 8/1/1860, died Dec. 18, 1939. I just recently found the connection to John Clark Coggin. I would like to see any information you have on the John Clark & Mary Elizabeth Edwards lines.
There are plans for a Coggin Family Reunion for the descendants of Marion Coggin for this summer in Bowie, Texas. Anyone interested please respond for details.

Have you tried the different spellings? Coggins (Mine), Coggin, and Cogan. The old English spelling was Cogan. Have you tried Milo De Cogan yet? The first ancestor of mine was John Coggin (Cogan) who came to Isle of Wright Co. VA. from England.
