Hi List
Read in yesterdays paper (18/9/2002) a short news article, that the
PRO has signed an agreement with My Family.com of Utah, allowing them to put
online the British Census records from 1841 to 1901 starting with the 1891
census on their ancestry UK site. The paper states two subscription prices
of £20 for three months or £70 for the entire year. The further census
records will be added over time. Just checked out the site and the 1891
census is listed as there to view with a 14 day free trial.

Hi
I am interested in John Coggon, born somewhere in the Epworth district of the
Isle of Axholme, around the end of the 1700s. He married Susannah Mills at
Epworth.
Any information on either John or Susannah (or both) would be gratefully
received.

Hi List,
Now that the school holidays are over and the nights drawing in I hope the
list will get busy. We are a small list of only 11 mail mode and 4 digest
mode but if all 15 of us post an interest we should get the ball rolling.
My interest at the moment is Susannah Coggon Foster, born circa 1875 brought
up I think as Coggon. She was the daughter of James Coggon and his
housekeeper Mary Ann Foster. I know she was Coggon Foster when my
grandfather George Henry Coggon Foster married in November 1894 as she signed
as a witness. I am interested in if and when she married and to whom.
Thanks,
cheers,
Gladys
