Wellllllllllllllll, the mail list is for business of the county
coordinators to vote or discuss business or to complain and disagree...
When a volunteer is not a CC then they get a bad taste for what happens
behind the scenes.
We have a volunteer page on the web site and her name can be added there as
a volunteer transcriber and any CC who wants something transcribed can
communicate with her off the list.
The other things is............. it is hard enough to keep track of who is
who and where they are and with some using email addresses other than
something that tells who they are we are back to are they for real or an
alias.
Thanks Denise, I think you explained it very well.

I'm in agreement with Billie. I think volunteers other than
CC's should
be allowed on the list. I see no good reason to keep volunteers at
arms-length or discourage active communication amongst Ccs and volunteers
by limiting this. If the volunteer wants to be on it, I saw great! mail
