Sounds fine to me, of course I agree. :-)

Subject: [COGEN] ASC's and Counties
Earlier this month, I did a lot of thinking. Colorado has, if I am
counting right, 21 counties that are available for adoption and along with
those 21 counties, they still have to be maintained, i.e. being updated,
new info added when submitted, and changes that need to be made along with
all the duties of a CC.
I cannot keep up with the counties and neither can Pauli, who is just our
webmistresses, not the CC of those 21 counties. I thank Pauli for what she
has done to maintain and to updated the sites when they become available.
My thoughts are to break the state up into regions and the ASC's would be
responsible to maintaining those counties that are in their region. Some
ASC's might have none that are adoptable and another might have 15 in their
region
Katy Hestand has volunteered to fill Sundee's seat as the third ASC.
With the three ASC's that would give them 21+ counties to maintain or to do
reviews on to see that each county is up to date. Keep in mind, that some
of those counties are already adopted so reviews would be the only thing
done with those.
I am in Colorado right now, and my list that I made designating who gets
what counties is in AZ so will deal with that after the new year when we
get back in AZ.
Does this sound ok to you and to the ASC's? Rather then just holding a
title as ASC, this gives you a little work to do for the state.
Questions??
