I don't know if this will help. But last summer I had
a similar problem - it took me over a month emailing
to Rootsweb, they just kept sending me the automated
link to reset my password. Which wasn't the problem.
You need a password to reset it. Finally, a real
person, Sean from the Rootsweb Web Account Team, got
the message. He manually went in and reset the
password. It worked like a champ.
His email was sean(a)rootsweb.com

This is all really strange. I have emailed Rootsweb
for your password Jan
and have heard nothing back. But, I requested four
new sites in Arizona and
they gave me the sites and passwords right away so I
have no idea what their
problem is with giving out the passwords.
We saw snow last night and I-10 was closed this
morning between Tucson and
Bisbee because of all the snow in that area. Now we
are clearing out and
the chill will set in and freeze the citrus more,
ice cold orange juice on
the menu.
