Does anyone know how to fix an image with CSS so it does not
scroll with the page and is not a back ground image? The right side of Rio
Grand consists of two images, a solid blue background which is repeated and
a foreground image that is blue with Rio Grande in white lettering that
sits on top of it. I would like the latter image to stay in the upper left
corner when the page is scrolled. I know how to get background images to do
that but can't seem to find the command to do the same with foreground images.
