Aileene,
If you need your login data again, you can get it from password central at Rootsweb.
Downloading your site requires a program to do so. I use HTTrack Website Copier.
It's free and easy to use as it steps you through the process.
This program has saved me a couple times when I got new
computers or crashed another.
Hope this helps. :-)
Colleen

Subject: Re: [COGEN] MANDATORY ROLL CALL
Billie,
I have no problem with the monthly roll call, I have never missed one, I
get irritated with seeing everyone who answers roll call but that is what
it is. As for Major issues, I too have had my share( a 15 year old grand
daughter battling cancer for the second time in as many years and the death
of a grandson who left a wife and two small boys under the age of 4 to name
a few). So I know about alligators and arm pits.
MY problem, I can not access the web site to make changes or add pages that
I have designed. I have tons of information and pictures that I would like
to share but I can't. It has been several years since I have done any web
design and I find that web design has passed me by and I am have to relearn
on the fly!. The original pages I did have downloaded, but when my
computer died earlier this year, I lost everything that wasn't saved on my
external hard drive. I have purchased Adobe Muse, which seems to be easier
to design in but it will neither download the pages that are out there nor
upload anything I have designed. I have downloaded "Coffee Cup" but again
I have the same problem. I have found that if I save my work to my desk
top my web publisher will upload them to the site, but I am not sure if it
will replace what is there or will I have a bigger mess!, because it only
works one way.
So if someone could suggest a program that will allow me to retrieve what
is there now, so that I can at least make the changes you request and then
allow me to upload what I have design it would be fantastic. Is there a
county web page that I can look at that is correct in lay out. I am a
visual person, and if I can see exactly what you need change or updated
that would help too!
If I could get Phillips county up and running, I wouldn't mind taking on
another county, I am a novice historian and have an extensive collection of
historical data for Colorado,Western Nebraska and Kansas
