The Nelson sisters of south of Yuma - Maggie's son William Hambaugh worked at the
Pioneer in the 1890 era, and Sarah married Neal Peterson. None stayed in Yuma County long
enough to be counted in a census, but were an interesting family. Clarence Peterson, a
young boy when in Yuma County, developed the Star ammunition reloading system in San
Diego.
Henry and Laura Haworth of Joes.
Artie McKee of Lansing - killed his wife in 1920, spent 15 years in the state
penitentiary, then went to Arizona with another paroled inmate who had murdered his
sister-in-law.
Terwilliger family of Brownsville -
Added some articles on the Yuma Bakery - the nice photos might be because the wife was a
Coston of the Wray photography studio.
