One of the time consuming things with a county web site is coding large
data listings. Those of you who have used the automatic conversions from
Excel will have seen the huge amount of excess code that is added and the
ability to make changes and have it look a bit different can become a
lengthy and tedious chore. I had a huge data project to do... 53,000+
names for Cuyahoga County Ohio Naturalizations and while beating my brains
out on it discovered a way to add code to the excel spreadsheet and make
short work of the task and yet avoid the huge bloated coding of a
conversion:

(This works for those who work directly with coding... not for WYSIWYG
programs like FrontPage)
