Martha Coffman was the daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth (UNK) Coffman. Samuel was the son of Jacob Free Coffman and Catherine Young.
Martha married(1) Francis Marion Fraser 2/Nov/1876 Independence Co.AR. After the death of Francis Fraser, Martha married my GGrandfather Davis. This couple had one son born in 1886. If anyone is interested in the Davis/Coffman information, you may contact me on this forum, or privately.

The original threadof this set of messages was "first-name" Harmon's. There are several Harmon (first & second name) that runs in the Coffman line.
It tends to prove that there is a relationship there as it goes through the years. In my research, I have not come across any last name Harmon's. Doesn't mean it couldn't be but the relationship would have to be in the 1700s as the first Harmon (firstname) so named was in the late 1700s or 1800s.
