We have a black New Testament (abt 3x5 and 1/4 in thick) that we will send to
anyone who is related the persons named below. This Bible was bought in the
Winchester, VA area at a yard sale. It is copyright 1900.
On the inside of the front cover has been printed in gold "Fred C Evans". This
name has been blurred out with a black crayon or something that makes it nearly
as black as the page it was printed on.
On the next page reads:
"Ernest Claude Evans
Born Aug 15 1886
This Testament was given to me by Marie Coffman, Wardensville, WVa
November 1917 while in service in World War I".
