I am descendant of the union of Margaret B. Coffey b. Abt. 1840 in TN and
Alexander Valentine b. Abt. 1840 in North Carolina; d. February 01, 1864 in
Alton, Illinois as a prisoner of the Civil War. I don't have much on
Margaret but she was the daughter of David Pleasant and Mary C. Cogbill.
Alex and Margaret had 3 children: Dora A., Charles Alexander and David B.
Anyone out there have Margaret in their line? I would like to have her death
date but have had no luck.

Hope someone might have a connection.
