Raleigh and Thomas are family names in my line.
Have you linked them to Ambrose Coffee. I have a
Raleigh that was born in 1801 in Montgomery Co., Ky,
son of Ambrose. He eventually ended up in Greenup Co.
I do not have his children.
Hope this is a clue.

Looking for info on John and Tishie Coffee. I don't know Tishie's real name or maiden name. These names are listed as the parents of Charles Henry Coffee, born Oct 14 1882 in Golden City Colorado. Any help greatly appreciated.

Wondering about the accuracy of Peter Coffee coming from Newgate Prison on
the Galley Forward in 1731 as an indentured servant for 14 years. Is this the
Peter Coffee who married Susana Mathews and was the father of Joshua Coffee
and grandfather of Gen. John Coffee? Betty.

I am looking on any information any one might have on Sarah Coffee born in 1830 in SC. In 1847 she married William L. Dunham in MO. They had: William Everment (1851-1875), John, David, Millisa, Mary and James. William married Margaret McKee after Sarah died in 1874. William Everment married Mary Angeline Guest in 1875. Their daughter, Annie Mary Dunham Whitehead was my grandmother. I know her father, William died when she was young. He was a preacher in Oklahoma.
Thanks for any help you can given me.

It's been a while so I thought I'd try you again, ref. in possible updates you may have come across. I believe Wiley's father's name was Henry or Willey/Willie. That's all I could find, via the social security records. What I do have is that Wiley was married or fathered several children with a Revella Walker( my grandmother). Incidentally, the census reports and my father's birth certificate have Wiley listed as "W.C." Coffee. All of the above were from Rhine, Dodge County Ga. My mission is to determine if Wiley(w.c.) Coffee born May 1897 and died May 1964 is or was my gfather, and if the initials W.C. make him a senior (which would explain why my father has the same initials); and any info. as to who Wiley's parents were, although I think his mother's name may have been Nellie. If you could help or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. My e-mail address is wwaccess.net. Thanks again,
Clarence

I dont know if there is any connection or not but my great-great grandfather's name was Charles Henry Coffee, originally from Colorado, born Oct 14, 1882, then lived in Kentucky and then Cincinnati Ohio. His parents' names were John and Tishie.
