Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

The 21st Annual Cofer-Copher-Coffer Reunion will be held at the Lions Club
park in Owinsville (Bath County), Kentucky on July 21 & 22, 2000. Let us
know if we can help with lodging info, maps or any questions you may have.
There is Camping facilities available. the following will be the agenda:
Friday Night-July 21, 2000- Hot dog and Ice Cream Supper. Meet and Greet
Old and New Friends & Family.
Saturday-July 22, 2000- We will have our general meeting, please bring
your Genealogy Information. Genealogy displays will be set up, along with
family scrapbooks. Also on display will be a draft copy of the "Cofer-Copher-Coffer
Family History Book" by Don and Ray Copher. This book contains genealogy
and information on topics such as The Cofer Revolver (used in the Civil
War), The U.S.S. Cofer Battleship in WWII, The Daniel Boone-Copher Connection
and other interesting historical information.
Also the locals will be serving a fantastic Home Cooked lunch. After lunch
there will be games for the young folks, bingo and a horse shoe-pitching
contest. Trophies will be awarded.
Saturday Night-July 22, 2000- There will be an Arts and Crafts Contest
(with Trophies Awarded) and a Tall Tale Contest (with Ribbons Awarded).
The evening is topped off with the popular Auction, that just keeps getting
bigger and better every year.
Please send in your Genealogy Information ASAP so we can reaserch it for
you and have it ready by the reunion.
