Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Trying to locate my birth father his name was Ed Coe I found his name on the back of one of my baby pictures. I am also looking for Tracy Ann whom was in one of the pictures I believe this to be my sister but uncertain. I have pictures of my birth father and mother and a girl named Tracy Ann who looked like she was about 6years or 8 years old in the picture. The pictures was taken in 1971.

Mary Louise Coe, 80, of Portland died on Thursday, April 14, 2005 at Tennessee Christian Portland.
A native of Fayette, AL, she was born on March 4, 1925 to the late Aquilla (Maddox) and David S. Lemons. She was married in 1947 to Walter G. Coe, who preced her in death in 1962. Prior to her retirement, she was an apartment manager and volunteered at the Senior Citizens Center in Arkansas. She enjoyed making jewelry and was Pentecostal in belief.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Donnie Coe, her sister, Martha Lemons, and an infant brother and another brother, David "Doc" Lemons.
She is survived by: daughter, Melinda Bryan of Gallatin; four sisters, Sue Hudson of Decatur, AL, Fay Dunn of Fayette, AL, Sarah Fox of Madison, AL and Audrey Ari of Daphne, AL; three brothers, Felix Earl "Bob" Lemons and Jerry Lemons, both of Lake Charles, LA and Charles Lemons of Arab, AL; four grandchildren, Johnny Coe of AR, Keith Bryan of Portland, Jason Bryan of Cottontown and Samantha Bryan of Madison; and two great-grandchildren, Caleb Bryan and Austin Bryan.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 16, 2005 at Anderson & Anderson Funeral Home in Gallatin. Interment was at Gallatin City Cemetery.
