April,
I cannot tell you how delighted I was to see your request for information on William Franklin Coe and his family. I have been trying to contact members of your family.
I have posted below material from page 446 of the book "The Coe Families of Maryland and Virginia." For additional information, please see http://peggysue5.homestead.com/Coe.html
98. WILLIAM FRANKLIN7 COE (John6 (4]), Hezekiah5, Elijah4, John3, Richard2, Richard1) was born March 8, 1858, near Frankfort, OH. At the age of three he moved with his parents to Lovington, Moultrie County, IL, and before 1910 to Pettis County, MO. He later moved to Middletown, MO, where he became town marshal. Though he refused to carry a gun, he was said to have used his persuasive skills on one occasion to talk a bank robber into giving up his weapon. A well known and highly respected carpenter, according to family members, his appearance was similar to that of writer Mark Twain. He died December 14, 1947, at Middleton.
He married December 8, 1886, Elizabeth Nora Parker, born February 1, 1866, at Fulton, Callaway County, MO, died January 6, 1936, at Middleton, MO, daughter of Cresap and Orpha (Holiday) Parker.

My grandfather Homer H Coe was born in 1900 in Middletown Mo to William Franklin Coe and Elizabeth Nora Parker. They were married 8 DEC 1886 in Concord Ohio. My grandma believes that Homer had a brother named Edward. Since William and Elizabeth married and William was born in Ohio maybe there is a connection with your Edward H Coe. Let me know if you have any info on Edward. We are trying desparetly to locate/identify my Grandfather's siblings.

I am searching for any information on Elizabeth Nora Parker. And her children. The father would be William Franklin Coe. They were married 8 Dec 1886. Their son Homer Holiday Coe is my grandfather (now deceased). He had several brothers and sisters. I am not sure of their names but I believe Ruby, Lucretia, Charles, and Edward to be possibilities. I am only going on memory here and I am looking for information to back it up/correct it.

And I have a relative Charles Husack. I am also related to the Claydons, or something like that as well, but I have only seen graves in Osoyoos, BC. I also have relatives in Hamilton Ontario I believe. Bill Husack and Chuck Husack. I got these names from my Grandmother's address book, but I don't remember meeting these people, just hearing stories. My Grandmothers middle name was Pearl, Dorothy Pearl Husack. I can't remember her maiden name, but it may be Claydon, her fathers name was Frank. My father doesn't talk to me much so I don't really communicate with this side of my family, how sad is that?

Hi. I didn't find a great deal of information while I was in Ireland. I was wrong when I said Richard Coe married Margaret Husack. In fact it appears to have been his son Thomas Coe who then married Margaret Doyle. From what I can ascertain Thomas had two children from his first marriage. They were Richard and Thomas, again I'm only guessing at this as I don't have anything to support my beliefs, at this stage. Let me know if any of this helps.

Hi. I found out a bit more info in Irelandbut not much. I said that Richard Coe married Margaret Husach, well I was wrong. It appears that his son Thomas Coe married Margaret Husack then married Margaret Doyle. I believe that Thomas had a least two kids from his first marriage. They were Thomas and Richard but I have no proof of this. If any of this helps let me know.
