Elsie was the daughter of Charley E. Coe and Cora Wilson. She was borned in Somerset Ky., in 1919. Her brothers were Homer and Ernest Coe. She was a WAC in WWII. That is where I have lost track of her. Don't have any information as to whom she may have married or where she relocated. She is a relative of mine. The Coes lived in Decatur, Illinois, about 1930-40.
