Cori,
John Christopher Coe was born in October 1872 in England. He immigrated to
the United States about 1890. He married a woman named Emma, who was born
in April 1879 in Missouri. Their children were Minnie M., b. April 1894 in
MO; John Christopher, b. Oct. 1895 (Nov. 23, 1897); and William L. "Dewey,"
b. Sept. 1898.
The family lived in Randolph County, MO, before moving to Tonopah (between
Reno and Los Vegas), Nye County, NV, about 1905. About 1910 they moved to
British Columbia, Canada. John Christopher Coe Sr. died Sept. 1, 1961, at
Comox, BC.
I hope this is helpful.

Coe's on my husband's line that were just south of Crawford near Columbus

if they could have been related? My husband's great grandfather went west

See if the family names are familiar -- Nathan, William, Henry, Lloyd,

Thanks for responding, but no, no familiar names, but the only names I know
are the ones I mentioned, Emma Coe, James Hoadley and their daughter, Emily
Ann. But Emily Ann's death certificate does say that Emma was born in
Pennsylvania, should have mentioned that, Carolyn Anderson Clark
