Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.

Dear Folks,
I saw this on the LI List and got permission from the person who submitted it
to forward it on to this list. Perhaps most of you have seen it. If I
recall, it is assumed that this John Coe left no children, but the will is
useful for establishing relationships.
The Deborah Kniffen comment below, was made by the person who submitted the
will. I have never seen that before, perhaps one of you will confirm or deny
that for the rest of us.
