Yes, thank you. My Brennans are from Kilkenny and I believe my Codys and Lahys are too. I am always looking for links and confirmation.

DEATHS IN KANSAS CITY.
For twenty-four years Brother Edmund CODY rang the
chimes at St. Aloysius Catholic Church at Eleventh Street
and Prospect Avenue. It rarely happened that he missed
through sickness or otherwise. Brother CODY died of
heart disease yesterday afternoon at St. Joseph Hospital.
He had been ill the last two weeks.
He was 71 years old and had been sexton at the church
twenty-four years. Prior to that time he served in the
same capacity at the old St. Francis-Xavier Church in
St. Louis twenty years. He was born in Kilkenny, Ireland.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 o'clock tomorrow morning
at the church. The Rev. Michael P. DOWLING will officiate.
Burial will be in Mount St. Mary's Cemetery.

I'm new to geneology but am interested in my husband's side of the family--Cody. I would appreciate anything you are willing to share about BBC's lineage to see if there is any kinship. Thanks!
