Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

I am looking for information on a Lula Cody born in Madison County, NC in 1891 or 1892. She left Madison in or after 1910 headed west to get married. No one heard from her after that. I am searching the Cody/Cole line in NC and migrated into Tn.
I have Jacob Iscar Cody b.1825 and his mother (Nancy b. abt 1810 no spouse listed, and his g-mother also Nancy b.abt 1785-1790 Jacob had a sister Sarah b.1842. any further back we can speculate but other than that we have hit a brick wall
We think he had brothers and maybe another sister but no names of his ancesters "HELP"

Lois Bailey married Able/Abel S. Rice Abt. 1811
Able/Abel Rice and Lois Bailey are the parents of Ira Albert Rice. b 17 Sept. 1812, Oswego NY.
It is the "Rice" Family that I am working with at this time. Any help with Susannah Cody would be greatly appreciated.
