Hi Jane, Just noticed this letter on a message Board and wondered if it was
any use to you. Perhaps you've already had contact with this person?
I'm seeking information on my wife's great-grandparents who were born in
England and came to America, specifically Missouri, where so many came to
mine coal. Thomas J. Longdon was born l6 Jul l843 and died in Missouri;
Elizabeth Cockshot was born supposedly in Yorkshire 23 Aug l842 and died in
Missouri l4 Apr l9l4. We assume they were married in England but have no
proof. I'd enjoy corresponding with anyone having knowledge of these
families.

an underline between just carey & bankhead, NOT under everything)
Best wishes,
