Hi Derre
I joined this mailing list about a month ago and I don't think there is much activity on it. I'm afraid I can't help with your Richard COCKS as I am working on a Bessie Gertrude COCKS from Kent or South London who was born sometime after 1881.
Maybe there are a few more people out there who are also on the list and we could generate some activity? I certainly don't want to join the COX list as I can imagine my delete key would get worn out.

I joined this list months ago and I have NEVER seen any activity on here...
I am wondering if I am the only one??
I am researching the COCKS in Campbell County, VA and then the father
Richard COCKS went to MO .. he died and his son William mcKenzie COCKS went
back to Campbell County and was raised by Grandparents .. He then after
marriage 1850 to Mary Fletcher BROWN dau of Richard Brown then left to take
up his father's farm in Chariton County, MO and he died there in 1920-30.
Thanks, Derre
