Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Frank Coburn b. 1827-30 in Scotland, arrived in Dunkirk, NY in 1855. Wife Mary Cross (of Ireland, b. 1841). Had the following children:

Mattie (pronounced Maytee) E. b. abt 1868 - married Murray B. Miles

Agnes b. 1870 m. Thomas Grimes in Butte, MT

Mary and children were in Dunkirk, Ny in 1888 but the newspaper said "left to join Frank in Chicago" in Feb. of 1888.
Frank (father) is shown as dying Dec. 1, 1901 in Butte, MT. Mary is not buried with him. He was orig. buried in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in 1901, but moved to Holy Cross Cemetery, Butte, MT in May, 1926 and is buried near Agnes Grimes and husband Thomas.

Looking for family of Joseph Cockburn, born 1768, had daughter Agnes Tiver nee Muddle, she married William Tiver.
As far as I know all born in London.
