Reply to resuarezg,
My husband's ggggGrandfather was Henry Cock, husband of Blanch Nicholls.
I note with interest that you mention Henry was a cousin of John Cock Jr. I have a brother (William) and a sister (Jenifer) for Henry, and their parents as Willam Cock and Cordelia Eddy.
I was wondering if you would be willing to share any information you have on your side of the family. I would share my info also, if I have anything of interest to you.
I have been away from Ancestry for a while, and your message (among other things), has renewed my curiosity and interest.
Julie & Don Cock

I have been researching my Cock family line and have learned that my GGGrandfather, named William Cock married (2nd marriage) Hanna Mary Penberthy (b. 1823 in Townednack). Hanna was a granddaughter of Catherine Nicholls, Blanch's sister.
Blanch's husband, Henry Cock was a cousin of John Cock Jr -- who was the father of my ancestor William Cock (b. 1802 in Madron).
William and Hanna independently emigrated to Colombia, South America, where they got married after William became a widower (his first wife is my ancestor). Hanna had married Henry Pearce, who had also passed away in Colombia.
I would be curious to know if you have any data pertaining to my ancestor William. My scant information says:
Parents: John Cock & Jane Fielding
GParents: John Cock & Grace Rowe
GGParents: William Cock & Anne Daniel
