Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

We are roughly the same time frame. I have a Christopher Cock who married a Mary Philp in St. Germans, 1772. Mary was born 1752, I don't have a date for Christopher yet. One of their children was called John, born 1778. I don't see any of the other names you mentioned.
My direct line seems to have stayed in St. Germans until about 1850 then moved to St. Ive, back to St. Germans, then to Landulph and, finally, to Wales. I have found marriages with people from Pelynt, Duloe, Blisland and Devonport.........so far.
