Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
I have seen a lot of queries, but none on the Cochran's of Eastern -
North Eastern Maine and New Brunswick Early 1800's. If there are
others researching in that area please contact me.

Mary Alyce COCHRANE
Mary Alyce was born on January 9, 1920 in Kennecott, Alaska. She lived
in numerous cities throughout the United States before she married David
Kimball COCHRANE on October 26, 1940. They made their home in the Seattle
area where they raised five children. She was a very active member of Sacred
Heart Parish in Bellevue while her children attended school there. Her
life was beautifully dedicated to being a wife, mother, and grandmother.
She remains in the hearts of her husband, her children and her grandchildren,
as a courageous woman who always put others' feelings and needs ahead of
her own. She died of cancer on October 27, 2000.
She is survived by her husband, David COCHRANE of Renton, WA., her four
children, Daniel COCHRANE of Walnut Creek, CA., Michael COCHRANE of LaFayette,
CA., Judith COCHRANE of Seattle, WA., Linda COCHRANE of Eugene, OR., and
ten grandchildren.
A Celebration of the Life of Mary Alyce COCHRANE will be held of[sic] Friday,
November 3rd at 10:30 A.M at St. Madeleine Sophie Church in Bellevue, Washington.

Wood, Co., W.Va.. I would like to find the information on William Cochran
br.1805 in Courtyard Ireland. He married Lena Murdock in Pa.,USA. 1839.
He ided in Monroe co., Ohio abt.1870. I will be greatful for any help.
