I am looking for information about two brothers, William and Harry Cochrane
who immigrated to the Northeast area of Pennsylvania - the Clearfield county
area - from Ireland. I would be grateful for any help anyone could give me -
are these brothers part of your family tree? Maybe we can exchange
information. Thank you.

COCHRANE - Greetings all, I am searching searching searching for decendants
of William Stuart Cochrane who married Eva Irwin DAVIES in Sydney 1908, and
produced daughter Lorna Courtoy Cochrane, who married John MULHEARN in
Randwick Sydney 1939. Lorna died in Tamworth 1942 so I cannot invade
privacy and get her details - yet.
William was the son of Georgina nee Courtoy, and recorded in BDM CD as
Courtop and the grandson of George Courtoy born London, ex colonist of South
Australia 1837.
I am a descendant of George's brother William, who was in Australia 1840 and
have an enormous amount of info to share, a tree almost completed and an
obsession which is driving me crazy.
I hope somebody has info on these Cochrane, the town of Armidale is full of
them, the area around Tamworth has lots too, and I suspect another branch of
the family may be in southern Queensland - any info would be appreciated.
Judy
