Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

I have ran across a COCHRAN family I would like to know if anyone

JD Cochran, born 1829 in Ind.. he marr Matilda CHRISTY in Ind.. (
Where in Ind) and she was born in Ohio 1824 ... they was in Mahaska Co,
Iowa in 1860, and in 1880 was in Cowley CO, Kansas where I am thinking
JD died... as there was still young children in the household...
they had 10 children, Jethtro, W.J., Eliza Jane, Rosella, Thomas
Edmund, Mary C, Oscar, Clara,
Jay and Frank.

1. Thomas Edmond COCHRAN was born in 1859 in Iowa. He appeared on the
census in 1895 in Ward #2, Cowley Co, Kansas. He died on 21 Aug 1925 in
Winfield, Cowley Co, Kansas.
He was married to Emma Frances DAVIS (daughter of Francis D. DAVIS and
Eliza Jane BUCKNER) on 18 Jun 1881 in Cowley Co, Kansas. Emma Frances
DAVIS was born on 8 Feb 1866 in Johnson Co, Kansas. She appeared on the
census in 1895 in Ward #2, Cowley Co, Kansas. She died on 1 Aug 1962 in
Newton, Iowa. She was buried on 4 Aug 1962 in Union Cem, Winfield,
Kansas. Thomas Edmond COCHRAN and Emma Frances DAVIS had the following
children:
2 i. Guy Edward COCHRAN was born in Cowley Co, Kansas. He died in
Cowley Co, Kansas. Guy died when 20 months old,

SECOND GENERATION
3. Leorna C. COCHRAN was born in 1885 in Cowley Co, Kansas. She
appeared on the census in 1895 in Ward #2, Cowley Co, Kansas. With her
parents.. She died in 195
