I am going to quickly try and post about my Coburn line here for all of you that are working on it. A cherry laurel fell in our back yard due to all the rain we have had and knocked out our internet for a few days but i think it is working correctly now. I hope the cc: and Bcc goes thru correctly. I do not like to post other peoples email addresses but I know you all want this info and I don't have time to send individually. I believe my William Coburn who married Esther Worley is the son of William Coburn who died 1833 in Charleston, Coles, IL and he married I believe Catherine Woods born 1796 in VA and died June 8 1868 in Clifton Twshp., Grant, WS and is buried in Farview Cemetery. ( This William may be the son of a Samuel or Janathon but I have not confirmed this) If I am correct William and Jonathon are brothers and Jonathon was born 1818 in IN and died 1890 in Washington State. He married Amanda Jane Bracken who was born March 28 1834 in Illinois and died Sept 4 1919 i!
n Brooklyn, Powesk., IA
I have a lot more on this family but this is all that I have re entered into my computer. If you have any questions or can add to this please email me at Greeneyes1946(a)comcast.net ( be sure and use a capital G.) I still have not gotten all my old email addresses into this computer so if I have omitted anyone I am sorry. Maybe you all can forward this to the others I have left off. I started working on my family history about 25 years ago and thought I would trace my husbands and my lines back to when they came to this country. I never dreamed they would all be pioneers where ever they went. I have never found them to be written up and it is my desire to see that they be mentioned at least in the states where they worked so hard. You really begin to feel like you know them personally when you spend so much time getting to know them through records and such. I get so many emails these days that is about all i have time for but if you have any additional info or questions plea!
se feel free to email me.
I have not re entered all my data yet but I have a lot of it in my head.
Hello
Many thanks for your email.
All of my Coburn's lived in Ireland, only one of the family
moved to Canada, her name was Belinda.
I hope to get somewhere one day.
Heather.

Hi Everyone.
Is there is there anyone out there trying to find the name Coburn.
I am looking for a Charles James Coburn and married Isabelle Hewitt or Hewett.
around 1895. I think they may have come from Northern Ireland, but that is only
a guess.
I would appreciate if anyone has any information
Thanking you all.
Heather.
