This must be Joseph Elvadus COBLE, born 16 Jul 1904 Reno, Lamar Co., TX. He died 03 Apr 1986 in Bonham, Fannin Co., TX.
The only other information I have on him is that his parents were William Malachi COBLE (15 May 1852 Hollow Rock, Carroll Co., TN-05 Aug 1927 Paris, Lamar Co., TX) and Mary Austin "Mamie" Williams (1865 NC-6 Apr 1907 Paris, Lamar Co., TX) and Joseph's wife was a DRAPER.
Joseph's siblings were Sallie Bessie,1889, Mary Emma, 1891, William Ballard, 1892, Nathaniel Lee, 1896, Malachi, 1899, and an infant that died the day Joseph's mother did.

I just acquired a box full of pictures and misc. random documents from my grandmother. Her name was Laura Mae Coble Jackson. In this box was a funeral card for Joseph E. Coble. Cotton Coble was one of the pallbearers. This funeral took place in 1986. I realize that isn't assisting you with your question but it is information. There were a few other pallbearers with the last name Griggs. I'm not sure if they are relatives or friends.
