There is a marriage in Lincoln County, Tn for Allen Coble to Mary Josie Bonner 9-13-1897. Does anyone know who this is? The only Allen Coble in the 1900 census is Allen Hill b 1817 and he is living with his daughter. Could he have married again and she died before the census?
Thanks

I have never heard of a Frank Brown, but I do not know much about this Margaret Alexander, except for her father and mother's name. I met her several times when I was a child and she was married then to an Arthur Jordan. They had a tavern on the east side of Collinsville, Oklahoma. I do not know if they had children or not. That is about all I know, sorry. Linda

I am trying to complete my family's history and need to find someone who has relatively current information on Hamblin Coble (wife's maiden name was Cook) and his descendents. I know his children and his grandchildren's names, but I don't have complete records on some of their death dates and/or descendents past the 1950's.
In researching my Cobel roots I have found the Marriage Application and
Certificate for S A Coble to David Jimmerson on 3 DEC 1877 in Saline County,
Nebraska. The bride was 36 and the groom 50. The bride may have been shown as
Mrs. S A Coble (handwritten application) so may have been previously married
to a Coble.
I can supply a copy of the application to those interested. The brides POB is
listed as Illinois and her fathers name is listed as Phillip Luiton?? or
Suiten??
