A distant cousin, Kenneth L. Cobb in Arizona did a family tree from 1596 to 1679 on Henry Cobb. He then continued it through the current generations.

Very interesting. I have Jonathan, married to Hope Chipman, as son of Henry "the Elder" as you say.
What evidence do you have for Henry's descent from "Baronet in England"? The best information I've seen has his ancestry as completely unknown. See, for example, http://reigelridge.com/roots/henry.htm

Do you know of anyone in Ohio County, Indiana with lots of research experience or data in genealogy. My grandfather was born there as was his father. I am trying to find the father of my great grandfather. My great grandfather's name was James K. (Winings?). His mother was Mary Ann Winings, born in Dearborn County, Indiana in 1825. She was the daughter of Daniel Winings and Rebecca Ricketts. She gave birth to my great grandfather at age 20 before she married James Daly. My great grandfather carried his mother's maiden name. I am attempting to find his true father. I have had my DNA tested and am a close match with a number of people, most commonly Gordons and Cobbs. If anyone could assist me I would glad to reimburse them.
