Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

I just ran across your 2002 posting about your gg Albert T. Cobb. He's my great-grandfather and I would like to trade info with you.
Albert & Olive (Woodworth) had a son George Oran who had a son Donald George who had a son Donald Lawrence (that's me).
My father died when I was six. When I was 11 my Mother remarried a Daniel Boone who adopted me - hence my last name is no longer Cobb.
I have a lot of info on Olive, but not so much on Albert except I think his Father's initials were M.S.
I would look forward to hearing from you.

Jeannette Cobb Willis
Jeannette Cobb Willis, 87, died May 18, 2008, at The Lynmoore St. Lucie Lawnwood Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility in Fort Pierce.
She was a native of Fort Pierce.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Fort Pierce, the Garden Club of Fort Pierce, and a retired member of The Pink Ladies Auxiliary of Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital and Lawnwood Regional Medical Center, the St. Lucie County Historical Society, Hibiscus Garden Circle, Treasure Coast Violet Society, and Early Settlers of the Lower Indian River.
She is survived by a sister, Rachel Cobb Orcutt of Rockledge; a son, Thomas H. Willis of Tallahassee; a daughter, Mildred Gleaves of Knoxville, Tenn.; and five granddaughters, Elizabeth, Katherine, Rebecca, and Rachel Gleaves, and Mary Jo Willis Le of Tallahassee; and a great grandson, Thomas Le of Tallahassee.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas J. Cobb and Annie Jessie Brown Cobb; and by her husband, H.H. "Bill" Willis Jr.
Yates Funeral Home and Crematory in Fort Pierce handled the arrangements.
Memorial contributions can be made to the First United Methodist Church, Building Fund, 616 Orange Ave., Fort Pierce, FL 34950.
