I am looking for a Joseph C. Cobb that was in Natchitoches Parish Louisiana in the 1890's-1910. After that he seems to dissapear. He did not die at that time because he left a family behind and they would have known.
Yes, I did check one out on interlibrary loan. If that is the one I am
thinking about. I couldn't really read it or study it with staying at the library
for a LONG time. I just wasn't able to do it.

I have looked periodically for these books over the last three years. They
are simply unavailable as they are no longer in print. The only place you'll
find these is at a library, I've gotten both on inter-library loan but was
not able to take either out of the library.

I just checked Amazon for both titles, The Cobb Chronicles, and The Cobbs of
TN. They are both unavailable at this time. I did google the Cobb
Chronicles
and it took me to a page that asked if I were interested in having a copy if
it were reprinted. So evidentially someone is thinking of reprinting if
they
get enough inquiries.

Each states capital library has a copy of this book. I live in Tennessee,
and went to Nashville to visit my sister and do some research. While I was
there, I found the book and found out that there is at least one in each
state.

If there is a book titled "Cobb Chronicles" that covers the several Cobb

There is a book, The Cobbs of Tennessee by Cully Alton Cobb. It is now out
of print. I was fortunate enough to be able to buy a few years ago from
Powells Books. You can Google and see if you can find a copy that way.
The book covers the Cobbs in Kent, England all the way up to the 1960s.
It's a wonderful book and has photos, and maps. Some of the photos are of the
place in Kent where our family originated.
