Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
I think the varied participation is great too. Thanks, Char. Linda

Hi everyone. I finally got an update to our Coates DNA page. We have
some interesting new additions. Check the Robert Coates of Lynn, Mass.
and the Wiley Coates groups. If you have a kit number up, would you
please check your kit link to see that it contains the information you
wanted. Does anyone have evidence that Needham Coats, b. 1831 in
Tennessee and Thomas Benton Coats, b. 1838 in Tennessee are brothers.
They have an exact DNA match and were cousins for sure. They are in
Wiley's group. Thanks. Linda Coate, admin.
