Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Ok, this is a sorta transcription of the listed Robert Coats of Prince
George MD whoses name it appears is spelled Coots in the original
document, it appears he has a son named Randolph Coots, deceased
daughter Sarah Hay and her son Robert Hay is named in the will as his
grandson. He also appears to have had two wives named Mary...oh,
that's just great...lol...

In the name of God Amen. I Robert Coots of Prince George County in ye
province of Maryland (? looks like a P)later being very sick and weak
butt in perfect memory do hereby ordain this my last will & testament
following I bequeath my soul into ye hands of allmighty God who gave
it me through whose mercy & the merits of my Blessed Savior Jesus
Christ I hope to enjoy everlasting rest My Body I bequeath to ye
earth for be decently buried at ye discretion of my well beloved wife
