Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Please ignore earlier post RE: books. It is a spam from Ancestral
Books.....again. Those people never learn and have no respect. I've
removed the post.

I also have a James M. Clymer is my line. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, circa 1824-25 and died during the Civil War.
He married a woman named Margaret, ca 1846. Had a daughter, Catharine, b ca 1847. A son, Archibald b ca 1850 (named after James father, Archibald Clymer). Both were born in Philadelphia.
Does anyone have any information on this branch of the family?

Rachel, dt of Henry Huddleston, b ca 1737-1745, d 1813, Phila.--by all accounts married either a W. Clymer or George Clymer. 1764, Bucks County, PA is the date and place most cited.
Does anyone have any positive reference to this? I cannot find it in any databases, archives, etc. I cannot find any marriage between a Huddleston and a Clymer.
I see the past references to her father's will, George Clymer's paying of funeral expenses, George Clymer and a deed, but nothing proving the marriage or his real name.
Any help is appreciated.
