Mirada Olds Clymers obit still lists her as Mrs. Oscar Clymer so I am assuming they were still married when she died in 1922. There is also a son who went by Oscar so perhaps that is the one whose marriages you have run into. Carey Oscar Clymer
Born in January 1863 in Michigan
Married Minnie in 1884
Children: Dora A. b. March 1890 and Oscar Leroy b. April 6, 1900, d. Nov. 29, 1958, buried in Fairview Cemetery, Ann Arbor, Michigan (Social Security # 370-03-0050)
Died before 1922
Obituaries:
May 21, 1922
The remains of Mrs. Oscar Clymer were brought here Monday and funeral services were held from the undertaking parlors. Mrs. Clymer died in Toledo on Sunday of acute bronchitis.
Marinda Olds was born in New York State in 1835. She was united in marriage to Oscar Clymer in 1855, to this union were born seven children two of whom proceeded her in death.
Those left to mourn her loss are Mr. Frank Clymer, of Oceana, Cal., Mr. Fred Clymer, of Milan, Mrs. Irene Stevens and Mrs. Winnie Reynolds, of Toledo.
What do you think? Would this theroy work with what you have found?
Thanks!
Kim

Did Oscar & Mirinda divorce? I found 2 more marriage records for him in Monroe Co. and a possible obit for her from May 1922.
