Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

The Clydes I'm looking for are from NY/NJ. Robert Clyde (from Scotland)was married to Mary and they had 2 sons: Isaac(born around 1846) and William (born around 1844). I think we are probably not talking about the same family, but since your great grandfather actually wrote his autobiography, you may have lots of information. If there seems to be a connection to Isaac or William, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks!

My Great Aunt's name was Alta Odessa Clyde She was born in Halton Pa on May 26 1905, To Harry A. and Ella Grace Wilson Clyde. Harry A. Clyde was remarried to Geneva E. Heverley on April 5. 1947 at Dubois, Pa By Rev. Sloan. After Ella Passed away on July 30, 1944.
Harry A. Clyde was my Great Grandfather. I know this for a fact because he wrote an autobiography and I have it and all the family history up until 1956.
I would love to share informatikon if you are interested.
My Grandmother was Martha Zelma Zimmerman.
