Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Here is a tip for finding newspapers in the area you are researching.
Yahoo
yellow page search
enter town name or zip code
It will pull up the local papers
beyond (town name) it pulled up towns with in 50 miles.
This will give the name address and distance from the town you are researching.
You can than search for that newspaper and see if they have a website or write to them. You can than find out their policy on genealogy research (mine charges for ad) and such.
I found one that has data base that you can search. It will list the information and show part of the article and you can than buy the article. You could also search obits for the last 90 days.
The full search will also bring up the obits.
I thought this would be most useful if you are looking for family still in the area or recent obit.

Wayne,
I haven't found the woman's name but I know she comes from below branch of the family. I will have to check all my disc that I saved my Clyde information on to see if I can find it. I haven't found it on my computer so I must have saved it to a disc at least a pray I did.
I bellieve she was the grand or gr granddaughter of the below family.
