A group that I am working with is producing a memorial to former students of Kingston Collegiate, Kingston Ontario who died in World Wars I and II. We have biographical information and pictures of most of the men. We are looking for a picture of Donald Clyde born 29 May 1920 died 16 Dec 1942. His father was Victor Russell Clyde of Elginburg. Donald had a brother Harold born 1918. Any information would be appreciated.

I have Clydes in the Joliet area of IL at that time but know nothing about any other siblings of John who might have moved to Iowa. Although my father-in-law seemed to think there were some pictures of Iowa Clydes he could not tell us any names. The census always lists John & Isabella, the first generation, I can trace, as born in Ireland. Let me know how I can help.
