Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.

GIRARD - Randall W. Clutter, 71, died at 8:40 a.m., Monday, June 30, 2014, at Hospice House in Poland, Ohio. (Mahoning County)
He was born Sept. 6, 1942, in Dallas, W.Va., the son of Merle S. and Vivian G. Caldwell Clutter. Randall was a graduate of Triadelphia High School.
He worked as a welder for Trinity Steel Car, retiring in 1990.
Randall was an U.S. Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War.
He enjoyed hunting, building things and wood working.
He is survived by his wife, Deloris J. Morris Clutter, whom he married on Dec. 21, 1974; daughters Monica L. (George) Sly of Girard, Tabitha (Frank) Dobbins of Niles, Ohio, Estee (Mike) Helterbran of Girard, and Randee (Joseph) Warga of Howland; a brother, Ronnie Clutter of Clarksville, Tenn.; a sister, Nancy King of Cortland; 10 grandchildren, Jennifer Lacey, Michael Cox, Davey Cox, Ashley Dobbins, Nicholas Dobbins, Michaela Helterbran, Morgan Helterbran, Miranda Helterbrand, Randee Hinton, Daryn Hinton; one great-grandchild, Owen Goshorn; and his friend, Belle.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, July 3, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Holloway-Williams Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 611 Robbins Ave., Niles, OH.
Military honors will be rendered at 4 p.m. by the Trumbull County, Ohio Veterans Honor Guard at the funeral home.
