Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

I don't know for sure, but he may very well be a part of my family (but I would not be in his line). My line has a William Clutter in it that served in the Civil War and they lived in Ky, Ohio, Ind, and Ill... at about the same time that you are referring to... James Clutter
KEYSTONE HEIGHTS-James O. Clutter, 97, of Keystone Heights died
Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, at Bradford Terrace in Starke following an extended
illness.
Born in Flora, Ill., Mr. Clutter moved to Keystone Heights in 1990 from
Homewood, Ill. He was a retired chemist for Armour & Co. where he was
employed for 50 years and was a member of St. William Catholic Church.
Mr. Clutter is survived by: three daughters, Shirley Brady of Keystone Heights,
Dorothy Hinkes of Etlan, Va., Rosemary Chisek of Marietta, Ga.; a brother Paul
Clutter of Hammond, Ind. 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and two
great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Clutter were Dec. 16, 2003 in St. William Catholic
Church with Father Mike Williams conducting the services with interment in
Keystone Heights Cemetery under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of
Keystone Heights.
Note: I am of no relation but my sympathies go out to those of you who are.

Hi .. My GG Grandfather was Stuarts' older brother Stephen Clutter.The other sibs are Martha Diadema,Isaac N. and Joseph.Their Parents were John Clutter and Catherine Sarah Wilson. This is where I hit my block sort of.I suspect there may be another John inserted here. But the line now goes...
